Basic routine cleaning
Options: Nightly (5-7 times per week), Weekly (1-2 times per week) or Bi-Weekly
A customized checklist will be provided for each location. Below are the general services we perform each time:
Trash removal: Empty all trash and recycling bins; replace liners
Dusting: Light dusting of all surfaces
Vacuuming: All floors, rugs, and entry mats
Mopping: Hard floors, breakrooms, and restrooms
Restroom cleaning: Clean & disinfect sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, restock as needed
Surface sanitizing: Sanitize high-touch surfaces like doors
Glass spot cleaning: Wipe visible smudges on glass surfaces
Scheduled deep cleaning
Included in your subscription is a monthly deep clean to ensure optimal cleanliness for your space.
Deep cleaning services include, but are not limited to:
Deep Bathroom Clean: Remove grime, mineral buildup, and bacteria. Bleach & remove hard stains. General maintenance.
Vents: Vents and exhaust fans are vacuumed and wiped to remove accumulated dust, lint, and debris, improving air circulation
Walls: Walls, partitions, and backsplash areas are scrubbed or spot-cleaned to remove dirt, fingerprints, smudges, etc.
Windows: Interior glass, sills, and frames are detailed for streak-free clarity. Tracks and edges are cleaned to eliminate dust and buildup.
Air Refresher: Application of an odor-neutralizing mist or deodorizer to eliminate lingering smells and maintain a fresh, pleasant scent after cleaning.
ADD-ON SERVICES
We understand that each business has unique needs that require flexibility and customization. We offer add-ons listed, but not limited to, the below:
Supply restock: Automatic replenishment of paper products, soap, and cleaning consumables
Carpet shampoo/extraction: Deep cleaning for carpeted areas using hot-water extraction or encapsulation
Floor polishing: Buff, wax, polish floors for shine and durability
Trashcan sanitization: Deep cleaning and deodorizing of interior and exterior waste bins
Lightbulb replacement: Optional bulb change for improved lighting
Post-construction clean: Removal of dust, debris, and residue following renovation or build-outs
